The biggest disappointment in my original build was the frame. The Eastwood Rust Encapsulator and Engine Enamel had never held up well, and the light color on the dark steel seemed to magnify every chip. The principal goal of this rebuild was to fix that. Two weeks ago I took the frame down to Perfection Powder Coating to get a blast and coat with Cardinal Industries GR-02 Steel Gray Pearlescent.
I packed the frame up into the Sienna (yes it fit! sort of…)
And two weeks later here it is back from powder coat and with some on the interior panels fitted.
While the frame was away I refinished all of the interior panels using black truck bedliner.
