Tie Rod Extensions and Front Suspension Complete

I fabricated the tie rod extensions this evening and they worked like a charm. They are fabricated from two 1.5″ pieces of 4130 tubing tapped to M14x1.5. Normal M14 nuts act as jams against the coupling. Cheap and effective, a great combination.

I set the bump steer and Ackerman and drilled the mount holes for the steering rack. All the removable brackets are sitting with wet paint right now, so tomorrow final assembly and some pictures.
