Ideas on the hood latches and more ductwork

I also finally solved (on paper) my hood latch problems. I will use two Pen-Elcom Flight Case Latches with some custom made tongues that extend down from the bonnet and fit just inside the upper frame rails. It will be a good excuse to get out the mill.

I designed the mounting brackets for the flight case latches. Big Blue Saw quoted about $55 for one, $140 for 10. So I will probably just order ten, which will give me a chance for some mistakes…

Finished the radiator duct rear bulkhead, only to discover that so little of it will be left when I have cleared the radiator that I probably could have had it done three days ago if I had just made it from pieces. I trimmed up the radiator and radiator mount so that I could center the radiator.
